A Family Affair, Rooted in Purpose
Lamb’s Land Hosting Co. was born from a simple desire: to create warm, welcoming homes for people in transition. Whether you're on assignment, relocating, or simply hitting pause on the hustle, we believe that your temporary stay should still feel personal, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed.
We’re Brittany and Johnpaul Lamb—a wife-and-husband duo with a passion for hospitality, real estate, and intentional living. After inheriting a family property in Middletown, Connecticut, we transformed it into The Retreat at Rising Trail, our flagship mid-term rental. That project was the seed that sparked this boutique hosting company—and we haven’t looked back.
With Brittany’s background in property management and interior styling and Johnpaul’s expertise in tech and systems, Lamb’s Land blends operational excellence with elevated design. We handle every detail—from the curated amenities to the check-in process—with care and intention, because we know what it means to stay somewhere that just feels right.
At our core, Lamb’s Land is about people. We host families between homes, travel nurses caring for others, educators on sabbatical, and professionals seeking rest between responsibilities. We believe your stay should feel like it was made just for you—because in many ways, it was.
