We’re Brittany and Johnpaul Lamb—a wife-and-husband duo with a passion for hospitality, real estate, and intentional living. After inheriting a family property in Middletown, Connecticut, we transformed it into The Retreat at Rising Trail, our flagship mid-term rental. That project was the seed that sparked this boutique hosting company—and we haven’t looked back.
With Brittany’s background in property management and interior styling and Johnpaul’s expertise in tech and systems, Lamb’s Land blends operational excellence with elevated design. We handle every detail—from the curated amenities to the check-in process—with care and intention, because we know what it means to stay somewhere that just feels right.
